L.W. Benton Company,
Inc. (LWBC)
offers Traditional Listing Services and Auction Services to meet all
of your Real Estate needs. We judge our
success by the success of the clients we serve. Our philosophy is
solidly based on offering the best services possible. The values of

have made our Company successful and help us continue to grow.
LWBC has used
the auction method of marketing to successfully market residential

consulting, marketing, advertising, site preparation, setup,
auctioning, accounting and site cleanup. Our commissions/fees
depends on the size of the auction and services required.
